Most was fine, a little above expectation for the price even.
We asked for an extra pillow and the guy at the counter said he couldn't give us one, with the excuse that he didn't have the key to the linnens. I think that is ridiculous, what if a guest urgently needs a replacement blanket for whatever reason. Also, not directly the hotels fault but the street is very noisy, people across the street were doing construction until 11 a clock. So be warned.

Wir hatten einfach kein Warmwasser in den Zimmern. Auf Nachfrage an der Rezeption kam dann nur ein „oh haben wir noch nicht angestellt, tut uns leid.“ Man konnte Vormittags einfach nicht duschen…

Einziger Lichtblick ist das Servicepersonal, das sehr freundlich und bemüht war. (Und auch die Lage ist ein Vorteil des Hotels)
