  “Amazing !”

  Outstanding stay. The location is about as good as it gets in Lisbon, you are right on Praça Dom Pedro IV and everything is walkable from the door, Baixa, Chiado, Alfama, the river, with the metro a minute away. The hotel is spotless. They upgraded me to a stunning suite with a view over Rossio square and São Jorge castle, which I honestly did not expect for a single night. What I'll remember most though is the staff, genuinely kind and helpful with everything I asked, and not in that scripted hotel way. One tip for anyone booking, Manteigaria at number 68 on the same square makes some of the best pastéis de nata in the city, and Café Gelo for seafood is a few doors down. Nothing at all to fault. Highly recommended.

  “Hotel with great location but not way below average”

  Location and view from the room

  Where do I start? The lobby is horrendous, dirty walls, bad smell, broken tiles, etc. The breakfast buffet is below average. The shower looks dirty. In conclusion I will never stay here

  버스와 트램 지하철역부근으로 위치가좋았음 호텔에 도착후 벨렝탑과 제로니무스예약 하는데 인터넷이 안되어 힘들어했는데 직원인 carolina loureiro 가 매우 친절하게 도와주어 무사히 예약을 하여 관광을 즐겁게 하여 매우좋았다 carolina에게 매우 감사하다
