“Centrally located hotel”
This is a simple modern hotel in downtown Tromsø. A city bus stop is on the next street for one direction and 2 streets away for the other direction. The hotel make a conscious effort to be environmental. Recently they added a display of statistics on their wall for energy and water usage per guest. Unlike some hotels, they actually are making an effort and not just talking about it. The clerk said it is required by law, but they don't just follow the law, they seem to really be making an effort.
They don't include breakfast with the room. This is ok, as I don't need a big breakfast and that keeps their prices lower. They have free coffee for Strawberry "members", which everyone can join for free. I wish rather than saying they don't serve breakfast they had better advertised that they have food items for sale, as that mentally affected my planning. I or made the suggestion that I could have bought something at the nearby market that morning or the night before. I'd have been quite happy eating it in their lobby lounge with a cup of coffee if they answered my question about breakfast differently - Rather than "no" say "no, but...".
Good price and location
No storage possibilities in the entire room - no wardrobe or shelves. No storage in the bathroom either - no place to put toiletries or hang the clothes.
