  Emplacement à côté d un oued sanitaire avec une odeur terrible équipements anciens qui tembe en panne climatisation défectueuse internet instable les produits sanitaires non disponibles sauf après demande

  “Du rêve au cauchemar !!”

  L'emplacement Malabata est idéal. A 2 pas de la mer etvde la Corniche. Il y a tout a côté. L'appartement était très spacieux voir pmus que nécessaire

  Je ne sais pas par quoi commencer. Pas de micro onde, pas de service buanderie. On a du laver les draps nous meme il étaient dans un salle etat. On ne nous a jamais remplacé les serviette et fait le ménage il a fallu faire la machine à la buanderie du coin. L'accueil était froid. Le canapé dégageait une forte odeur sui restait sur nos habits (je pense qu'il n'ont jamais été nettoyés). Pour 1400€ le sejour c'est cher payé !!!

  “Cumple con lo mínimo”

  - El alojamiento está en frente de la playa. - La habitación es enorme, demasiado para dos personas, de hecho, tiene 2 baños. - En el cuarto de dormir hay aire acondicionado. -La cama es grande y cómoda. - Cerca hay pequeños supermercados, tiendas y algún restaurante. - Está más o menos cerca de la estación y de un centro comercial donde hay restaurantes. - Hay personal de seguridad en la zona. - La piscina está bien. - Tuvimos un problema con el fuego, y el personal enseguida nos ayudó y lo solucionó. En general son majos. Hablan muy bien inglés y uno de ellos habla castellano. - No es un gran lujo, pero para hacer la vida que queríamos, más que suficiente.

  - El zoco está lejos y hay que moverse en transporte. Hay que armarse de valor para coger un bus. - La entrada tiene unas escaleras un poco empinadas. - Al ser apartahotel, podrían limpiar la habitación más a menudo. - En la cocina fatal una lavadora y un microondas. - Aunque la piscina está muy bien, es mejor ir por la mañana ya que no hay apenas gente. Diariamente hay que coger ticket para entrar.

  The fact that l am in a wheelchair and to reach the reception there were 10 steep steps. And we were left outside in the street (at the hottest time of the day) the madame receptionist never got from behind the desk to help or aid us or give us a glass of water over 4 hours. Trying to contact anyone in Booking.com proved almost impossible after listening to an AI (no wifi) voice on an international call on my mobile phone. Eventually got through to 'Sergio' he answered and thought we were going to be dealt with promptly so we asked him to call us back because of the cost of the mob phone as he said he was going to call the apart hotel, promising to return our call within 5 mins. 5 mins turned into never never. Had it not been for the kindness of the staff in the Ramada hotel next door.........letting us stay by the pool with refreshing drinks l dont know what we would have done Booking.com never offered alternative accommodation and as it was getting quite late i saw us sleeping in a park.. I booked it because it said wheelchair accessabilty. 2 points of anger from myside, not only was the Alia misrepresenting the acc. But Booking.com failed miserably in the customer care. Arrived home today after 5 wonderful nights in Tangier at the City Bleu appartments.
