“Overall good safe stay - I would recommend it!”
Welcome & check in we were greeted with warm towels and welcome drink. We were seated until check in is done, I think it took about 5-8 mins. Hotel personnel explained everything and were polite. Room was tidy and ready for move in. Location is great, very safe, windows have a good view especially in the higher floors. AC worked really well. Very big and comfortable bed
Room The water didn’t work, we called the receptionist, and it was fixed within 45 -60mins to be far but the water didn’t have the cleanest smell during our entire stay, maybe because of a clog. Also they give you one key, and u need it to access the elevator to go anywhere so it doesn’t make sense to give 2 people 1 card. Escalator took so much time to come and sometimes skipped the floor even though its marked from before. There was also a staff room/storage on my floor the door was always open there was electricity cords everywhere it looked very creepy. It shouldn’t be open/should anyone see it, especially if there are kids…it could be dangerous

⭐️ 1 Star — Extremely Disappointing Experience Honestly, this hotel was a huge disappointment and nowhere near the standard I expected. The property is poorly maintained and appears to have been neglected for some time. The elevator is constantly breaking down, which is extremely inconvenient for guests. On top of that, there seems to be construction or maintenance work going on every single day. The constant banging and drilling are unbearable and completely ruin any chance of having a peaceful stay. The smell throughout the building is absolutely horrible. It is difficult to understand how guests are expected to stay comfortably in an environment with such persistent unpleasant odours. The condition of the rooms is even more concerning. The walls are swollen and visibly covered with mould. This is completely unacceptable for hotel accommodation and raises serious concerns about hygiene and the general condition of the property. Unfortunately, the staff service was also disappointing. Some members of staff clearly need better training, as the level of professionalism and customer service was inconsistent. Overall, this hotel desperately needs proper management, maintenance and investment. The combination of mouldy rooms, terrible smells, constant construction noise, a repeatedly faulty elevator and poorly trained staff made the stay extremely unpleasant. For what guests are paying, this standard is simply unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel and would certainly not stay here again unless there are significant improvements. Management really needs to take these complaints seriously. Guests deserve much better.
