“Fun and comfortable.”
The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They were responsive to my messages. The decor was modern and stylish and colorful. I love the purple chairs in the lobby and the neon light in the corner of our room gave a little pop of color. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was huge! It has the vibe of a night club, it's very lively. Breakfast was good with a lot of options. The location is nice for walking around, shopping, and The Globe, The London Eye, all with in a half hour stroll.
The view was meh. even though at check in the man said he gave us an upgrade, the view certainly wasn't upgraded. All we saw was a courtyard, but we were only there for 1 night.
