When I booked the room, I was offered 25% off on food and drinks, which was one of the reasons I chose to stay at the hotel. I stayed for two days and wanted to have a drink and spend some time chatting with my friends. However, on both days, the bar was closed. They advertised happy hours from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m., but despite visiting twice on two different days, I couldn’t use the facility because it wasn’t open. Honestly, it was very disappointing. If the hotel is offering 25% off on food and drinks and advertising happy hours, those facilities should actually be available to guests. I feel it was a waste of money to pay so much just to stay in the room without being able to enjoy the facilities that were advertised.
