La chambre un peu ancienne , pas moderne au niveau de la salle de bain , la douche qui fuit sur la moquette de la chambre

Nous avons été surclassés en suite présidentielle. Belle surprise tres agréable ! Chambre parfaitement équipée avec grande terrasse avec vue. Lit King size tres confortable. Salle de bain avec grand dressing et espace collation très fourni. L'hôtel est excentré sur une ile où on s'y rend en bateau ( navette gratuite de l'hôtel) ce petit déplacement rend le voyage folklorique ! Les restaurants sont excellents notamment le.room service, le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel ! Le personnel est vraiment adorable et tres professionnel. Les piscines sont chouettes bref super moment !!!

Unique location very close to Venice and yet giving the perfect retreat from the busy city.
The fact that they charge a further €50 to use the pool attached to the spa was unacceptable given we are paying almost €1000 per night for our two rooms.
