The room was clean, quiet, spacious, and close to the river and we really enjoyed walking everywhere from the hotel. Our only complaint is that the hotel generally does not answer emails. 5 stars for Tony at the front desk; he was super helpful and always cordial and made our stay extra pleasant. Merci beaucoup!

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Accommodation clean but a bit tired. No big problem though.
I’m afraid the quality of communication was awful. We had to be given the emergency room as the room we had ordered was given to someone else, as we were given the key and to our surprise someone was already there, don’t know who got the biggest fright, we were then given another room but didn’t have a terrace which is what we ordered, finally we were given the Emerson and free breakfast for the three days we were there, breakfast was lovely.. shower was dire and toilet spend all night filling up, which was very noisy, altogether not a good experience
“No volvería por error muy grave de la recepción”
Nosotros hicimos el check in tardío, ya que nuestro avión llegaba de noche; en la recepción no había nadie así que nos dejaron un sobre con un número de habitación que no se correspondía con la tarjeta que abría la habitación, lo que ocasionó que a las 7 de la mañana otro huésped abrió nuestra habitación, error muy grave, que según mi punto de vista debería haber sido subsanado con la devolución de la estancia. La habitación solamente disponía de un trapo de cocina, con lo cual no podíamos limpiar bien y no había cubo para limpiar suelo, teníamos que utilizar las toallas de baño si de repente algo caía al suelo…faltaban productos de limpieza. La cama era muy cómoda.
