Amazing staff - treat you like VIPs - delicious food. Most amazing Spa expert we have ever had. Room was one of the nicest we have stayed in.

“Wonderful stay”
Great location, setting, rooms, swimming pool and breakfast. Not too far from Pub street but far enough for a peaceful stay, and lots in the surrounding area too.

“Superb riverfront paradise”
The layout and locations were superb. Our suite ( with outside bathtub & shower) was very spacious. The rooftop bar was gorgeous with the lanterns and sky on dusk - the two-for-one cocktails at happy hour, were rather good as well 😜 The hotel support team were lovely and very helpful without being obtrusive.
Discovering on checkout that the mini-bar was missing a water left a sour taste. This is on me as my usual practice, globally, is to photograph the mini-bar on entry, preferably with a team member as a baseline - before removing the contents and using the fridge for our own supplies. This was so distracted by the gorgous room, taking pics of the heart made out of flower petals, on the bed that I didn’t do this. And, of course, that is the one time there is a discrepancy 😳
“Perfect Hotel in Beautiful Siem Reap”
A beautiful location opposite the river. A quieter part of town but close enough to walk to town. Everything you need in walking distance.
My only complaint was the facial I had. It was not at all enjoyable.
