The location and room size
No staff between 17:00 and 07:00. Access only by lift to our upper floor. No walk in shower. No USB sockets or adapters
Micul dejun a fost foarte bun, amplasare excelentă. Poți ajunge in centrul orașului in 5-10 minute cu tramvaiul. Personalul hotelului de la recepție si de la masa au fost foarte atente cu tot ceea ce le-am cerut si asta a ajutat foarte mult sa trecem cu vederea anumite aspecte care nu ne-au plăcut, cauzate de doamnele care fac curat.
La baie, nu ne-a fost aruncat gunoiul timp de 2 zile si nu am primit hârtie igienică. Fiind weekend, iar noi plecând foarte devreme de la hotel, nu a fost nimeni la recepție si nu am putut sa rezolvam aceasta problema, așa ca a trebuit sa ne cumpărăm singuri. Prosoapele pe care le-am pus pe jos pentru a fi schimbate, ne-au fost puse la loc pe calorifer, ceea ce mi se pare inadmisibil pentru un hotel de 4 stele.
