“Good location but expected more.”
This is a great location, and after being in a hotel room, it was nice to have the extra space. The people managing the apartments in this complex were extremely nice and friendly. They stored our luggage, we called them when we arrived and they met us at the lobby and got our luggage. They did everything they could to get us an early check-in. Which they did. We let them know we had arrived and they brought our luggage right away.
It could have been cleaner. It had not been dusted under the furniture in ages. Where we walked you were walking on floor that had been cleaned, but you could see under the furniture a lot of dust. The armoire in the bedroom had not been dusted on the bottom, you could write your name in the dust. The room was warm, as it got direct sun in the afternoon (yes, sun in Scotland). Luckily they have fans, but couldn't open the bedroom window much. You had to push a button 30 minutes prior to using the hot water. This apartment was at a premium cost, and we picked it because after our flight was delayed 24 hours and our current hotel was sold out. Inverness does not have a lot of options for hotels, and we were glad to have found this place, as everyone was caught in the Heathrow air controllers snafu and were in the same boat as us. We just expected more for the amount we had to pay.

“A truly enjoyable stay”
We had a lovely stay here. The location is fantastic, the facilities are excellent, and the service was first-class. We had a small issue with the room on our first evening, but when we mentioned it to the property team the following morning, the lady at reception dealt with it straight away. She was incredibly helpful and efficient. We would definitely be happy to come back.
