Easy to book in
Noisy corridors at midnight by Indian people and attempt to get into my room by someone I had to swear at to deter! Will never stay here again
As I walked into reception, I could smell jonquils. Immediately my hay fever flared. The receptionist moved them into another room while speaking to me, and the flowers stayed away while I was there. I thought it was very thoughtful for him to do that.
Banging doors and microwave being used early in the morning, you could hear it from the room. I don't think it's fair that you now have to pay for parking when you are already staying at the accommodation. Parking should be free for people staying there. It's wrong to be charging a fee to have your car in the parking lot of the accommodation you have already paid for.
