  “Room capacity”

  The room description said it will sleep up to 3 people, but that's not true. The beds are tiny and they couch is not a sleeper so we were charged extra 30 dhs for an additional bed.

  I past only one night with my husband so I didn’t see any thing there and I m asking why the break fast isn’t in the price

  I was asking a customer service at front desk after i check out to call someone so i could get direction, i was asked to pay 1.20 derham just to make local phone call. This makes it cheep, greedy management to loose customers

  “Unprofessional Staff/Unsafe and shady”

  The location seems very reasonable however, the hotel staff is very unprofessional and shady. The front desk refused to give my passport until i demanded it and reminded it was agaist the law. Staff knocked after 10pm claiming to do room service, which was extremely weired and I did not open the door and reported to front desk. Weired men hanging out in the lobby evening and morning time.
