I did not like the experience at all and genuinely regret spending my money on this resort. The property is highly deteriorated and poorly maintained, and in my opinion, it does not deserve to be called a 5-star resort. The overall condition of the facilities and structure was very disappointing.
Very disappointing stay at Holiday Inn Resort Nusa Dua. The property is deteriorated and poorly maintained, with unpleasant odours in several areas. My first room had a strong foul smell, and the alternative room had a drainage issue in the bathroom sink. Luggage assistance was also unavailable at checkout. I ended up spending much of my time at the nearby Courtyard by Marriott for the spa and dinner. For a property marketed as 5-star, the cleanliness, maintenance, and service were well below expectations. This experience was extremely disappointing, and I will not stay at any Holiday Inn property again.
