Great location with everything you want being roughly a 30min walk maximum, and the staff were very friendly helping me to print off my visa for Cambodia.
The handle for the shower was rusted off however other than that great place to stay on a budget.

Itβs located in a fun, active area near local food shops, bars but was provided a quiet place to rest at the end of the day. The beds are comfy, shower water pressure is good.
The building is a bit old, Outside the rooms is not as clean.
