“Bon séjour, mais décevant pour un 5 étoiles”
Très bon emplacement dans une zone calme de la médina. Très beau lieu historique, le patio privatif de la chambre. Personnel sympathique.
Ce n'est pas ce que l'on attend d'un 5 étoiles. Le lieu historique seul ne peut pas justifier ce rang. Le séjour était agréable, mais nous avons trouvé que les services ne correspondent pas à la gamme annoncée, par exemple: -hammam en extra, uniquement le matin -baignoire inutilisable, car aucun moyen de boucher l'évacuation malgré notre demande au personnel -cable de douche trop court -une seule table de nuit, une seule lampe, un seul verre pour une chambre de couple -wifi défectueux -petit déjeuner certes copieux et à volonté, mais pas haut de gamme -aspect général vieillissant En conclusion vaut le coup si une bonne réduction est appliquée.
Wunderschönes Gebäude in perfekter Lage. Unser Zimmer war wunderschön. Ich würde es immer wieder buchen. Die Mitarbeiter waren super nett und haben mehr als geholfen.
