“Une expérience très décevante !”
L’hôtel est globalement bien conçu, avec des infrastructures agréables et des espaces bien pensés. Les piscines sont particulièrement réussies et constituent un véritable point positif. L’établissement dispose d’un grand potentiel et certains membres du personnel, notamment quelques serveurs, se distinguent par leur amabilité et leur professionnalisme.
Une expérience extrêmement décevante, très loin du standing annoncé ! Le manque d’entretien est flagrant. L’hôtel semble vivre sur ses acquis, sans réellement entretenir ses infrastructures. Notre chambre avait un parquet cassé, une climatisation défaillante et les animations en soirée étaient tellement bruyantes qu’il était impossible de dormir tranquillement. La restauration est particulièrement décevante, surtout le midi. Le buffet du déjeuner est tout simplement honteux et nous déconseillons fortement d’y manger. Les plats sont quasiment identiques chaque jour, avec des préparations qui semblent parfois provenir des repas précédents. Le contraste avec le buffet du soir est saisissant, tant sur la variété que sur la qualité ! Pour un hôtel « all inclusive », l’organisation est également surprenante. Il existe des plages horaires durant lesquelles aucun point de restauration ne permet de manger. Dans d’autres établissements de même catégorie que nous avons fréquentés, les horaires se chevauchaient pour garantir une offre continue. C’est pourtant ce que nous attendons d’un véritable all inclusive ! Le prétendu « Kids Buffet », avec un chef censé préparer des repas adaptés aux enfants et aux bébés, est une véritable déception. Aucun chef dédié, uniquement des plats classiques comme des spaghettis, nuggets ou légumes mal cuits. Nous avons demandé une simple purée bien mixée pour notre bébé et avons reçu, trois jours consécutifs, une préparation totalement inadaptée ! Même constat au petit-déjeuner : le buffet ouvre à 7h30, mais les pancakes et croissants ne sont disponibles qu’à partir de 8h30, lorsque la personne chargée de leur préparation arrive. Le service laisse également à désirer. Une grande partie du personnel des bars semble agacée lorsqu’on passe commande.

Kinder Aquapark etwas abgeschnitten und getrennt von den größeren Hauptpools, aber bei den anderen Pools sind auch Rutschen

Удобные чистые номера, большая территория, бассейны, ухоженный собственный пляж и пирсе, обслуживание, питание, персонал. Провели в Limak Atlantis восемь ночей в октябре. Впечатления отличные у всех, что уже о многом говорит. Чистота на высоте везде - в номерах, в ресторанах, на территории. Территория огромная и ухоженная, гулять приятно, места хватает всем. Собственный песчаный пляж чистый, лежаки находились без проблем даже днём. Отдельно про питание - это сильная сторона отеля. Шведский стол разнообразный, меню меняется, всё свежее. За восемь дней ни разу не возникло ощущения, что есть нечего. Октябрь для Белека отличное время: днём около 27, море тёплое, толп нет.
