O hotel fica bem localizado, 20 min do aeroporto, 20min da fronteira com Paraguai e da Argentina, 30 min pras Cataratas. A rua tem alguns restaurantes. O quarto é amplo e as camas confortáveis. O café da manhã é excelente e os funcionários super educados. Tem 3 grandes jacuzzis na área externa.

O Atendimento da recepção é muito bom. Todos muito educados e dispostos a atender o hóspede. Destaque para o Djalma, esclareceu duvidas e informou com boas dicas sobre o tempo e os passeios. Jesus também que tem sob sua responsabilidade o controle dos veículos dos hóspedes muito educado e cortez, recebe os hóspedes com simpatia e também presta informações sobre a cidade de Foz de Iguaçu.
