The staff are awesome, friendly, welcoming and always making sure youโre comfortable. The RE-Five facilities (gym, spa, pool, sauna and steam room) are the best Iโve experienced. The steam room was amazing, nice and hot and the pool and jacuzzi were my favourites. The gym is a standard hotel gym, but it has enough weights and machines to keep up with your training during your stay. The restaurant was great too. Overall, I think this is the best hotel in Zurich. Iโve stayed here two years in a row now, and it will continue to be my first choice whenever I visit Zurich.
