“Parfait”
Superbe séjour dans cet hôtel, tout était propre, on a eu une spacieuse chambre avec jacuzzi en surclassement avec vue sur mer, l’équipe était très serviable et gentil et Mr Ersen parle même en français tout le monde étaient à l’écoute et à notre service. On a aussi aimé la nourriture variée et très bonne. En quittant l’hôtel on pense déjà à notre prochain séjour chez eux.
Tout est parfait. Le climat n’était pas à notre faveur tout les jours mais c’est pas la faute de l’hôtel
“Poor quality”
We received an upgrade for a better room. Pools look nice but were very cold. Some of the foods were tasty.
The overall experience was rather negative. It was very crowded both inside and outside. The odour in the lobby was too strong and unbearable. There are lots of cats which is fine but they are eating from the guests’ plates in the main restaurant which is not hygienic. The quality of drinks is very low. If you want better you need to pay extra. The expectation from an ultra AI hotel was definitely higher as we have it experiences in other hotels of Antalya coast. Hotel is announced as kids concept but there is standard minimum of kids entertainment. Workers in kids club looked rather uninterested in welcoming kids to the kids club. Ice cream is served during specific ours and later in the evening ice cream is sold for an for extra price. Some other entertainment like billiard is for extra price. Beach is stony and gets deeper rather fast. Although we asked for a quieter room, the music was super loud until the midnight.

Zbyt dużo gości w stosunku do wielkości obiektu, brudne blaty w barach, niesmaczne napoje, bardzo niska jakość obsługi, hałas na stołówce, hałas przy basenach, hałas dosłownie wszędzie. Za wszystko trzeba dopłacać (na przykład rakiety na kort, tort urodzinowy). Słaby i zatłoczony hotel, do tego relatywnie drogi jak na to, co oferuje. Nie skorzystam z usług tej sieci hoteli w przyszłości.
