The rooms were too old needs updating and bed was so small and uncomfortable didn't sleep well

Room was dark - lots of dust and dirt under bed and under units etc. Bathroom very mouldy and stale, bed one of the hardest and most uncomfortable in recent memory. Had a phone call to pay before I arrived as originally said would be there at 8pm and didn’t know about this, and had messaged them in the morning to actually say I would be arriving before 6pm and had a confirmation this had been actioned!!
