Very clean, good location & great parking
I was on the ground floor & I could hear every movement the people above me made.
Julie and Mike were exceptionally accommodating for us as we arrived unexpectedly in Dunedin- and didn't know how long we would be there. The location was perfect- walking distance to hospital and town- could make our own breakfast, heat food and come and go to hospital without needing the car. Room warm and comfortable- booked there several times. Had an upstairs room- loved the sunny deck in the mornings

All good room clean, heat pump worked well and rooms re-charged every day
All good however one bed adjacent to bathroom so other bed occupants would need to open that door to get access to the bathroom. Not the best design.
