Great location, lots of parking available, clear simple instructions, cute decor and great old Queenslander style house.
Was a bit echoey in hallways as other guests came back the night or in the mornings.

I loved the convenience of the location. Bed and linen was lovely and very comfortable.
We had a bathroom down the hall (exclusive use) This was for room 6. some of the other guests were noisy and their tv was on late at night.

A beautiful old building on a picturesque street. The room was tidy and comfortable and tea, and cold water was readily available. The walk into town was reasonably short and flat.
The other people in the room next door were very loud and were drinking and playing music outside on the shared balcony. Obviously just a one off as you never know who else you will be sharing with. After asking them to keep it down, they soon stopped and went to bed.
