We booked a spa apartment, checked in & was slightly disappointed with lack of cleanliness, after a lovely dinner cruise with SeaWorld Cruises, we arrived back to find remotes for tvs didn’t work (AFL prelim final) reception couldn’t assist with tv & changed our rooms, I didn’t get to use the spa! It was my birthday gift from my boyfriend. Upgraded to a lower level 2 bedroom with NO BATH OR SPA! Extremely disappointed with this hotel! Upon check out, the lovely gentleman at reception advised us that there are many spare new remotes or the lady at reception could have assisted. We had to changed rooms at approximately 10pm! Not a nice experience at all!
