“Spacious and Clean A+++”
Great , location , exceptionally clean, spacious accessible room. Will definitely stay here again. Slightly more expensive than some other close properties but definitely worth the difference
Only comment was lack of a shower seat

Very modern an stylish clean tidy an with all the things u need for a great nights sleep
Arriving late an no milk as office closed with worker gone before 8.30pm No option to log into Netflix on tv an the tv was very small size for a large room
“Good location and facilities”
The rooms were very spacious and nicely decorated in the Art Deco style. Although on a busy road, there wasn't much traffic noise. Staff at reception were friendly and helpful, providing assistance when asked.
Showers are over spa baths which is not especially good for seniors to access. Would be better if non slip mats were provided. The shower itself was lovely! Unfortunately one room had AC issues could not be resolved.

Great room, was warm, big, close to Napier town and disability accessible. Staff were accommodating and facility was clean and tidy
Unit only had one light switch which was for lounge and bedroom. Maybe provide a big lamp for the lounge so if someone is sleeping then the other person doesnt wake them by turning on the light.
