“Leider einmal und Nie wieder!”
Der Service war sehr nett und freundlich. :) Man hat auch Essensmöglichkeiten, zum Beispiel einen Pizzaautomaten vor dem Haus, und die S-Bahn ist auch nur 2 Minuten davon entfernt. Im Hotel gibt es Snacks/Getränke Automaten.
Ich hatte des Öfteren „per Mail“ wegen eines früheren Check-ins auf Englisch geschrieben. Auch telefoniert, aber man hat leider kaum etwas verstanden, da die Kollegen nebenan auch telefoniert hat. War leider ein Hin und Her. Als wir angekommen sind, musste man erst schauen, ob wir früher einchecken konnten. Hat dann zum Glück geklappt. Als wir auf dem Zimmer waren (Freunde haben sich umgezogen), kam plötzlich der Hausmeister einfach rein. War leider nicht so toll :/ Auch hat das Bad einen sehr komischen/süßlichen/ekligen Geruch. Das Klo innen ist auch nicht ganz so sauber und das Internet ging auch nicht so wirklich. Wir haben für 3 Personen gebucht. Die 3. Person musste ihr Bett selber beziehen. Schade! In der Nacht waren komische Geräusche, sodass wir aufgewacht sind. Die Wände sind auch hellhörig.
