“Heerlijk verblijf”
Toen we aankwamen was er een probleem met onze kamer en werden we naaar een soort gelijke riad gestuurd. Het personeel van beide riads deden er allen aan om het zo vlot mogelijk te laten verlopen. Het ontbijt en diner waren beide heel lekker. De laatste ochtend waren we vroeger weg dan het ontbijt en kregen we voldoende eten en drinken mee voor onderweg. Alles was top. Zeker het zwembad op de rooftop! Een echte aanrader

L’emplacement à l’entrée de la médina et l’équipe du spa. Le petit déjeuner est copieux. Le roof top est chouette, la vue est superbe et la piscine appréciable
Riad assez petit. Notre chambre n’était pas spacieuse, manque de rangement. Les espaces communs sont petits également ce qui donne vite une impression d’être les uns sur les autres quand toutes les chambres sont occupées ( ce qui semblait être le cas pendant notre séjour) Le constat est le même pour la partie piscine quand il y a du monde. Il y avait plusieurs membres du personnel sur place mais qui manquaient souvent de discrétion ( écoute de musique sur l’ordinateur du bureau d’accueil, entretien du toit et des couloirs le matin vers 8h,…) Personnel gentil mais avec peu de professionnalisme par rapport à d’autres établissements

Super Service durch die Inhaber. Bei der Ankunft wurde uns alles ausführlich erklärt und die Jungs waren immer anwesend. Ob Restaurantempfehlung, spontaner Minztee auf der Dachterasse oder Smal Talk. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Der Pool auf der Dachterasse war bei den heißen Temperaturen eine super Abkühlung. Einen tollen Ausblick über die Medina inklusive.
