Room service is good and the other staff at reception counter is also polite
1. The one old staff in reception counter is not friendly and talk like we stay for free in the hotel. 2. The hotel don't have a lift 3. They only provide 1 towel in the room and if we want extra towel we have to get down by ourselves and ask for it in the reception Counter, imagine you get the room in second floor and the hotel don't have any lift. 4. They didn't provide any kettle in the room or any nearest coway or anything that we can get any hot water to make hot coffee, and if you want any hot water you have to get it again in the reception counter and this is very troublesome 5. They didn't provide any coffee or tea in the room

Tiada yang saya suka sebab saya TIDAK STAY DI SINI. Saya mohon refund pun TIDAK DAPAT. Pihak Booking.com.tidak maklumkan awal isu yang berlaku. Pihak hotel pula maklumkan jam 1:00 tengah hari masa sepatutnya check in. Terlewat sudah tu.
Saya hairan dengan pengurusan Booking.Com dan hotel. Saya baru dimaklumkan pada jam 1.00 tengah hari oleh pihak hotel pada hari yang sepatutnya checkin mengatakan tiada air di hotel tapi apabila saya buat request REFUND langsung DITOLAK oleh pihak Booking.com. Pihak hotel memberitahu telah maklumkan kepada pihak Booking.com namun tiada pun maklumkan kepada saya lebih awal. Saya terpaksa CANCEL untuk stay di sini dan mencari hotel lain yang TIADA MASALAH AIR walaupun sudah hari dan masa sepatutnya check in. Pengurusan pihak ketiga menyusahkan saya dan sehingga kini saya belum menerima apa-apa refund.
Good location
ALL the room are smoking room and we didn't have this information before to the arrival. The electric box for the AC was making a big noise !
