It was close to where I needed to be, it was clean and staff were polite.
There was no working extra internal lock on my room door, which felt unsafe. The single bed was very narrow, mattress was lopsided and too big for the bed frame, which meant the sheets did not stay in place. The room was stuffy as hell at night as although windows could open for fresh air, the traffic was so loud, it was a choice between being able to sleep or air. I chose fresh air, which meant I got little sleep.
Staff gentilissimo e di aiuto quando ne ho avuto bisogno. Posizione comoda per andare allo O2 Shepherd's Bush Empire, 10 minuti a piedi, e per girare le zone di Notting Hill, Holland Park e Hammersmith. Con la metro si arriva in 30 minuti al centro di Londra. Dintorni con ristoranti, cafè e supermarket. Struttura molto pulita, letti comodi, abbiamo dormito veramente bene.
La camera era al 3 piano con diversi scalini stretti. La stanza aveva la moquette ed una piccola finestra da dove passava aria. Fortunatamente lo staff è stato molto gentile e di aiuto e mi ha fornito un termosifone in più, coperte aggiuntive e ha coperto le fessure della finestra, poiché sono molto freddolosa a causa di alcune problematiche che ho.
