  Very clean, great location. Close to central Seoul

  There’s a huge club next door that pumps out the tunes at an insane volume until 6am. Literally impossible to sleep.

  【施設・立地・価格は◎、フロント対応に要注意】施設のクオリティ、立地の良さ、そして価格のコストパフォーマンスは文句なしに素晴らしく、その点は大変満足しています。しかし、フロントの対応には深刻な問題がありました。

  キャンセル可能な期間内にキャンセルの連絡をしたにもかかわらず、完全に無視されました。「booking.comのホテル側にメールを送っておきます」という言葉を信じて待っていたところ、実際にはメールを無視され、キャンセル期限を過ぎてから「キャンセルできません」と連絡が来るという最悪の対応でした。同じ経験をしないために、以下の点を強くお勧めします：booking.comの「メールを送ります」という言葉は信用しないことキャンセルが必要な場合は、必ずbooking.comに直接電話し、担当者と確実に繋がるまで諦めないことbooking.com側も掛け合ってくれましたが、最終的にはホテルの判断が優先されるため、早め早めの直接確認が必須です施設自体のポテンシャルは高いだけに、フロント対応の改善を強く望みます。

  “위치랑 가성비 갑(최고)”

  주변 식당 많고 지하철 역, 버스정류장하고 가깝고 작지만 올리브영도 붙어있고(급하게 생리대나 빠트린 메이크업 리무버 사기 좋음) 편의점도 멀지 않음. 침대 편했고, 욕조 있고, 욕실 수건걸이대가 3등분?에 회전 가능해서 갈아입을 옷, 쓴 수건 나눠 걸기 편했음. 다리미와 다리미판도 있어서 썼음. 에어컨 두 개라 좋았음. 창가 침대 바로 위 하나, 욕실 가까운 벽에 하나.

  비흡연실인데 어떤 무식한 사람이 방에서 흡연하거나 실외기 앞에서 흡연하는지 에어컨 통해 담배 냄새 들어옴. 에어컨 두 개라서 담배냄새 들어오는 건 꺼버림. 최고층 였지만 주변 주점 및 클럽에서 들리는 환호성은 완전히 지울 순 없었고 귀마개가 제공되었음. 낮에는 수영장 (최고층 기준 2-3개층 아래임)에서 파티 노래 틀어놓는데 신경쓰일 수 있음. 본인은 원래 귀마개 하고 자는 사람이라 귀마개 하고는 견딜만 했음.
