  I did not like anything about this holiday I felt unsafe staff were very rude facilities lacked in every aspect

  The fact a staff member managed to get his hands on my number off my booking and bombarded me with texts and taking sneaky photos of my child and sending me them for me to tell him to stop this instantly and he then proceeded to sell my number to other men working around the hotel area, food options were diabolical how they call them selves all inclusive I do not know. On the third floor lift was broke most our stay and when they said it was fixed me and my son got stuck in it. The cleaners were rude used my personal items such as hair brush and left their hair in the brush. When trying to communicate with staff they came across aggravated that I was English. Hotel also looks nothing like the photos very outdated air-con barely worked

  “Der letzte Schrott nicht aber auch garnicht zu empfehlen”

  Die Abreise war das beste vom Hotel

  Essen der letzte Müll jeden Früh das gleiche Mittag nur ein Essen zur Auswahl und das hat sich alle zwei Tage wiederholt Abendessen das gleiche warmes Essen vom Mittag zusammen gewürfelt Trinken kleine Becher und das nur maximal zwei Stück Alles im allen der letzte scheiss sowas überhaupt anzubieten und dann auch noch 3 Sterne wo es nichtmal 1Stern verdient hat Sorry das ging mal garnicht Und im Lebtag nie wieder Wucher Preise fürs WLAN Einfach abartig Personal kann man in die Tonne hauen seiden man ist ne junge Frau dann bemühen sich die mal die da als Kellner rumlaufen
