  Der var ikke rengøring hver dag, så man skulle anmode om at rengøringingen kom forbi ved at trykke på en knap. Dog kom de aldrig, selvom lampen hele dagen var tændt for ønske om rengøring

  המיקום של המלון היה מושלם, מול תחנת האוטובוס ותחנת הרכבת הבינלאומית של ריגה. ארוחת הבוקר היתה מאוד מגוונת, וממש טעימה. החימום הרצפתי בשירותים ובמקלחת ממש מועיל! האפשרות לאוורר את החדר ע"י פתיחת חלון - מעולה. בר מים בכל קומה - נהדר.

  החדר היה ממש צפוף. ארון מדפים צר, הכיל מדף אחד עם כספת , מדף אחד עם פינת קפה מאובזרת, למטה היה המקרר...כך שנותרו 2 מדפים בגובה רב, או תליה... לעבור מהמיטה המרוחקת שצמודה לחלון לכיוון חדר המקלחת היה בלתי אפשרי, גם לאדם רזה, בלי להתקע בשולחן ובמיטה השניה. המיטות צרות יחסית, ועל גלגלים...ולכן זזות. ליד המיטה במקום מגירה קטנה או מדף קטן, קיבלתי מדף פצפון, סלולרי וקופסת משקפיים לא הסתדרו שם .. הובטחה בריכה . לא ציפיתי לבריכה אולימפית ,אבל מה שקבלתי היה ג'קוזי ארוך עם מושבים מכל הכיוונים... לא, זו לא בריכה, איך שלא מסתכלים עליה.. הסאונה הרטובה הייתה מקולקלת ביותר ממחצית הימים שהייתי שם...כך שיצא ששילמתי על בריכה וסאונה ולא ממש קיבלתי משהו..הם שלחו אותי לבקש פיצויים מבוקינג. למה בוקינג אשמים שהסאונה לא עבדה כראוי, ושבמקום בריכה יש שם ג'קוזי מוגדל????
