  השהייה שלנו במלון הייתה חוויה מצוינת ומיוחדת. • החדר היה מרווח, נקי מאוד, מסודר ונעים. • הצוות מעולה – אדיב, מקצועי, שירותי ותמיד מוכן לעזור. • השירות ברמה גבוהה מאוד, ממש מושלם. • הבריכה מסודרת, מטופחת ונקייה מאוד. • המלון עצמו מרשים מאוד מבחינה עיצובית, וכבר מהרגע שנכנסים אליו מרגישים אווירה מיוחדת ושונה. • המסעדה על המים פשוט מדהימה. המיקום והאווירה הופכים את הארוחה לחוויה בפני עצמה, והאוכל היה מעולה. • ארוחת הבוקר עשירה, מגוונת וטעימה מאוד. • הספא מרשים ביותר, מטופח ומשרה אווירה רגועה ומפנקת. • רמת הניקיון בכל מתקני המלון גבוהה מאוד, וזה מורגש בכל מקום. • שירות החדרים מצוין, מקצועי ויעיל. בסך הכול, מלון מרשים מאוד שמצליח לשלב שירות מצוין, ניקיון ברמה גבוהה, מתקנים נהדרים ואווירה מיוחדת. נהנינו מאוד מהשהייה.

  יש כמה דברים שחשוב לדעת לפני שמגיעים למלון: • המלון נמצא ממש בחיק הטבע, ולכן באופן טבעי יש באזור חרקים ולעיתים גם זוחלים. למי שחושש מהם, מומלץ מאוד להקפיד שלא להשאיר דלתות או חלונות פתוחים. • חשוב להדגיש שבמהלך השהייה שלנו לא נכנסו חרקים לחדר. עם זאת, כאשר מסתובבים בשטח המלון ניתן לראות מדי פעם חרקים על הקירות או על הרצפה, דבר שצריך לקחת בחשבון כשמדובר במלון שנמצא בסביבה טבעית. • הלובי אינו ממוזג. מבחינתנו, בגלל החום והלחות, הדבר היה פחות נוח ולכן העדפנו שלא לשהות בו מעבר לנדרש. • נקודה נוספת שטעונה שיפור היא עוצמת זרם המים במקלחת. הזרם היה חלש יחסית, ולדעתי במלון ברמה כזאת ראוי לשפר זאת. בסך הכול, אלו נקודות שכדאי להכיר מראש, במיוחד למי שרגיש לחום או חושש מחרקים וזוחלים.
