“Not a stay to be remembered”
Breakfast ok, not too many options. Location was poor, it was in congested lanes, not easily accessible although it was in Hall Gate but with no car parking facility.
Rooms could have been better with window, imagine there was no window. Poor upkeep of rooms, torn upholstery of chairs, termite door frames, broken bathroom door handles. Breakfast was below expectation.

location, facilities, cleanliness was great
2 front liners staff was rude (sadly 1 was a Sardar Ji) and un Professional in line with customer service and breakfast was slow where guest have to wait for top ups and small area to dine

Stinky room. Smelly linen. Personal locker in linen not working. Staff not courteous.
