Decent property
During our stay, two male staff members entered our room without knocking, ringing the bell, or making any attempt to announce themselves. The door being unlocked does not give anyone the right to walk into an occupied room uninvited. They walked in on me and my partner while we were naked and in an extremely private and vulnerable moment. This was a shocking and unacceptable invasion of privacy. It caused severe embarrassment and distress, and completely shattered any sense of safety or comfort we had in the room. This is a fundamental breach of basic hospitality standards. Guests should never have to worry about staff barging into their room without warning. I strongly urge management to address this seriously, and I would caution others before booking here unless strict privacy protocols are enforced.
