Nothing...
On booking they wrote that there is parking. There is a small surcharge and it is not a problem. I booked and paid in advance and they do not have a refund option. When I arrived at the hotel and asked about my parking they said that there is no parking but to find my way around the boulevard in the center of Sofia. Otherwise, chaos in the whole city, I was exposed to the risks of illegal and expensive parking. I have nothing to say, i instantly check out and go home. I want my money back.
