“Average”
I’ve read a load of reviews of this hotel and I’ll do mine now staff on desk spot on mixed review on table staff some very good on some no good asked for water and none came ended getting our own bar staff average but he didnt speak much English limited drinks vodka rum whisky Bacardi larger that was it they did try to make cocktails the food was to put it polite cold and un edidble we were all inc and we gave it benefit of doubt and tried 3 times over a 10 day stay and it never change ate out at other places cleaning staff very good water in room every day and to cap it all earth quake not hotels fault but very freighting all in all won’t stay there again gave it benefit of doubt stayed there 3 times with a gang of friends food very bad
“Great”
I'd like to say from when we were greeted by Kadir @ the front desk our time was great. They do practice service to a high degree which is rare these days. The food was great along with the service in the dining room. I'd like to give a big up to the entertainment team...Tonny & Jimmy who kept us entertained with darts & bingo...& in the evening some great acts. They were both funny & sweet, it was nice to spend time with them. Our room was modern & cleaned daily by some hard working chambermaids, leaving fresh towels, water, etc. Sophie was nice she helped me with my bed issue & was available to us which was nice. All in all I had a great time & recommend Letoile to all.
“Fab hotel”
The hotel is lovely, bedrooms clean, entertainment staff very attentive and friendly Tonny and Jimmy always interacting with everyone. Have given 5 stars however will knock half off for food choices maybe I'm just fussy would definitely comeback.

The staff are all so friendly the animation team jimmy and tonny are great fun rooms where cleaned every day and food was delicious and was different every day could not fault this hotel at all and the location is great too
