“Nice place to visit, just dirty water if you stay in hotel”
Variety of things to see and do
Given a room with no shower, only bathtub. Water came out brown even after leaving it on for a while. Could not bathe. No compensation offered.
“Horrible”
This is the worst hotel Ive ever stayed in. Im extremely disappointed. The communication with the staff was a NIGHTMARE! Everytime i had texted them prior to my reservation they answered on the next day. On the day of our reservation there was a big chance that we would be late and arrive to the cable car station after 17:00. They had sent me a message previously that i need to inform them if such situation occurred. I tried, multiple times, through booking.com chat and email and nobody saw my messages! Thankfully we made it to the station before 17:00, but i was stressed all day. Then i get to the reception of the hotel on the cable car station and i explain what happened to the lady that works there. It is so obvious that she does not care. At the reception on the top i explain the same and the lady there tells me that the people who take care of replies work from 9:30 till 16:00. I tell her that all the times i texted and emailed were in between these hours. She says i should have called, to which i reply that not everyone has a Vietnamese/working sim card. Then she tells me someone will take me to my room and i should wait a minute on the couches in reception. I wait for almost 20minutes before i realise she forgot about me. When i go ask her i see it in her face that she forgot! 😂 Also, check out time at 10:00? Be serious. Then on the next day instead of getting a message saying “sorry “ i get an automated (or not) message saying that the lift works until 20:00pm not 17:00 (as they had mentioned in previous messages) and that basically they don’t care if i arrive later than that. Also there was eaten room service pizza and other food on the floor next to the door of my room that stayed there for 12 hours.

Понравилось вид из окна, в общем и целом номер был нормальным, завтрак был достойным, но не могу сказать прям вау. Корпус где я остановилась был в центре и было удобно путешествовать. Само место, природа и объекты были восхитительны, несмотря на то, что некоторые объекты еще не запущены, но красиво было очень. Природа вокруг восхитительна.
Не понравилось: Изначально на стойке регистрации никакого сопровождения и льгот от отеля за такие деньги, только по моему скидка на канатную дорогу была. Я пока нашла корпус где я остановилась мне пришлось искать стаф и показывать бумажку на которой ничего не указано. В самом отеле никакого объяснения на стойке регистрации где и что располагается в отеле. Видимо подразумевалось что я априори должна все сама знать.
