“Unfriendly and unhelpful staff makes your stay miserable despite hotel potential”
Rooms are clean and comfortable.
Check in procedure was not smooth at all, and hotel staff was very inexperienced in my opinion and not willing to accomodate any request to make stay easier for guests. 1) They do not want to give you room earlier than 3pm without additional payment. I do understand rooms are not always ready before indicated check in time, but it is very common they are. Here obviously they just want to charge you extra. 2) I was coming for work conference and my initial trip from 3 nights was extended so I booked one more night. When checking in I ask staff to give me one room to not check out and check in twice as I have work event and need to leave early, around 8am, and am back around 10pm. They did not want to accomodate it saying how it is impossible because the rooms are not same category. I also understand that and said I would gladly stay in cheaper or any room where i don´t need to go through all the stress and burden with packing and unpacking in the midst of my work event. It is also something all hotels I´ve been so far would gladly do to meet their guests needs. Here it was impossible to reach any help from the staff.

Die Lage: wenige Schritte vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Zimmerausstattung und Bad topp. Groß und geräumig. Schrank vorhanden.
Check Inn am Automaten Keine Lärmschutzfenster: es ist zu laut; die Straßenbahn rumpelt vorbei, Autolärm und ein Club schräg gegenüber tun das Übrige.
