“So Peaceful and had a wonderful stay!”
Absolutely loved our stay! The room was spacious and beautiful, with a majestic pool and sea view. The food court was just a short walk away and the whole setting was very scenic. The team was incredibly kind and accommodating - they even arranged an early check-in and provided us with a complimentary birthday cake. ❤️
Overall, things were good, but a few things could have been better. The bathroom mirror light was fused, making it quite dark, and the locker was a bit malfunctioning. We did mention these issues, but unfortunately they weren’t addressed, possibly due to the rush.
“Overall experience was good because of staff, but the hotel is a bit tired looking”
Staff we very friendly, food was very good, room was very spacious and swimming pool was nice
The hotel looks a bit tired - The outside building, the hotel room, around the swimming pool area. It looks like it hasn't really been maintained since whenever it was opened. which is a real shame It's a shame and could easily be rectified if management
