El personal es muy amable y te hacen sentir como en casa. El desayuno es exquisito.

La ragazza alla reception conosce molto bene l inglese ed è gentile. La colazione non è a buffet ma preparata al momento. Ci sono 3 scelte e sebbene limitate ti saziano. La qualità del cibo è buona. Ci sono anche snack a disposizione e latte di soia per gli intolleranti.
Ho alloggiato nella standard room 205, pessima esperienza: il materasso è talmente duro che non ho chiuso occhio per 3 giorni. Sembra di dormire sul pavimento. Cambiare camera non è stato possibile. L aria condizionata è posizionata immediatamente sopra il letto, quindi l aria è diretta sul corpo. La camera non è insonorizzata. La carta igienica è super sottile e ruvida. Infine applicano addirittura il 4% al pagamento con carta.
