“Absolutely terrible”
Absolutely nothing.
Extremely dirty. Cups and glasses in the room were all oily. Loads of dust, looks like rooms were not cleaned in centuries. On the terrace of the hotel we stepped on a dead mouse that was dried by sun, meaning it was there for weeks and weeks. Pool not working. Food is horrendous! Absolutely disgusting! Not only western food but also the won tons and noodles were terrible. Breakfast is the worst we ever had. Everything looks very dirty, it’s even unpleasant to touch anything at breakfast. Staff don’t speak a single word of English. Uniform is all dirty and oily. This is no 5star hotel, not even close. At best it would be 2 start, but also hardly. Big mistake to go there.

Расположение удачное, отель большой, красивый. Большой уютный номер с балконом. На завтраке вкусный кофе, разнообразные блюда азиатской кухни.
Отель был оплачен заранее, но при заселении требовали оплатить повторно, вместо депозита на карте заблокировали всю сумму целиком, говоря, что деньги к ним не поступили. Предоставили чек с booking.com, чек из банка. Вынуждены были писать и доказывать, что деньги оплачены. Потом разобрались, деньги вернули, но даже не извинились. Время потрачено, отдых испорчен. Представительский лаундж не работал. С багажом не помогают.
