Overall, my stay at the PC Hotel was very comfortable and pleasant. The staff was excellent very kind, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. I especially appreciated how quickly Murial helped me switch rooms when I was having trouble sleeping because of the traffic noise.
The rooms, however, do feel a little outdated and could definitely use some renovation. There was a slight old, closed-room smell, and the carpets could have been cleaner. Considering the standard and reputation of the hotel, I think updating the rooms, carpets, and overall interior would make the experience much better.

Entrance in property is good marble floor big arches was amazing , security is just okay
Property was okay I got some sealant smell in the room beds and carpet need to be change need to make it more modernise and out side wall net blocking view so I personally feels it should be change

The hotel is really very conveniently located in the center of city. The best part was the hotel staff they made my feel welcomed and tried everything they could to make my stay comfortable. Although all the staff members I encountered were amazing but a couple of names i remember from check in and check out like 'Muriel' & 'Assad', 'Hassan' are the ones I recall. Definitely coming back to stay again. PC hotels overall Pakistan are very good but if I have to pick one for my choice it will have to be 'PC Karachi' and the X factor is their staff. The moment they heard I was booked through Booking.com they made extra efforts to made my stay more welcoming by upgrading me to Executive room on 9th floor as per my request. Its just these little gestures that make you wanna come back again. Thanks PC Karachi.
The hotel entrance can get a little crowded at times due to cars clogging the way in the drive way but i guess there is no way around it.
