“Room with No View”
The location was great being right next to Albert Docks, restaurants and the hop on/off tour buses. The shower was great and the bed and pillows were comfortable.
The booking.com listing and room information was wrong/misleading! We opted for the deluxe king room which claimed to provide city and river views BUT all we got was a view of a car park and nothing nice and no river at all. I complained at the front desk and they said the listing was wrong and it was booking.com's fault and offered no remedy or upgrade. I paid a higher price for the room compared to other hotels and didn't get what I paid for. Also the listing claims on site parking but it is next door and very expensive. I won't be staying there again and I'm not dubious about booking.com listings - I think I'll stick with Airbnb from now on.
