“Birthday night at Oakray”
Staff is friendly, they actually decorated place for my birthday , even night they arranged our dinner table, cake and birthday wish. It was so nice. I like the staff. Everybody is so nice including Manager
The hotel room was a bad experience. The bed was so old. The room was clean; the toilet was clean. But this hotel needs serious renovations. The furniture in the room is so cheap, old, and ugly, they doesn't look like the pictures on Booking.com at all. My wife started complaining about it when we entered the room. There is no elevator in this hotel. We had to climb more than 3 floors to reach the room. Which is almost like hiking. They didn't offer a buffet because there were very few guests in the hotel. They gave us a set menu, and the food is ok; at least we were happy about it, as it was delicious. Hotel management needs to upgrade the room decorations and furniture if they need to keep guests. I found a double room in Araliya Hotel for the same price, and it's so nice. I had to cancel my two-night stay at Oakray and leave after one night.

We had a wonderful stay at Oak Ray summer hill Breeze. The hotel features clean, comfortable rooms and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were remarkably accommodating and went above and beyond to process our check-in. High-value experience with superb location and service—highly recommended!

Il punto di forza della struttura è la vista e la pulizia delle stanze, con uno staff sempre sorridente e disponibile. Con possibilità di avere anche la colazione al sacco se prendi il treno panoramico molto presto.
Purtroppo ci è stata assegnata una stanza che non era quella da noi prenotata. Inoltre anche se la camera era pulita, abbiamo passato una notte insonne a causa del freddo, tende oscuranti assenti, vento forte. Non ci è piaciuto che è stata l’unica struttura, dopo il nostro disappunto, a toglierci automaticamente i soldi dalla carta, senza farci il checkout.

A lovely and peaceful place with incredibly kind and friendly people. The hotel is nestled on the mountainside, surrounded by beautiful greenery and breathtaking views. It’s the perfect place to relax and recharge, and definitely one of my favorite places from the entire trip.
