The location was handy for the night. Nothing else positive whatsoever!
This was the worst place I have ever stayed (and I am not a fussy person!). The kitchen has no sink. I had booked a double room and was given a family room, room 2 (no problem with that), but the double mattress was unusable, sagging and could feel the springs with my hands, impossible to sleep on. The lower of the other bunk wasn't much better. The bedding on both the lower bunks was definitely not clean, so I had to swap with some from a top bunk. The carpet was sticky with dirt. The double electric sockets were not attached to the wall, hazardous. The latch on the window was broken so I couldn't close it and the road was noisy till late and then from 5.30am. The ladies bathroom sink was dirty, had to fill the kettle in there due to lack in the kitchen. A man was up all night sitting in the kitchen, I spoke to him in the morning, he said he wasn't the warden but told me I could leave my key on.the reception desk. Quite creepy as a single female. Poor lighting didn't help.
Quick and easy access and the staff were very efficient and helpful.
