  Only reception staff was friendly.

  restaurant closes at 9. No dinner after. Other staff were not good.

  The hotel is fine and the large swimming pool is wonderful,. It remains open until late and it is not too crowded. Not too centrally located but with good public transport connections.

  My only disappointment is that the hotel took a long time to answer my messages prior to arrival. Also, I would have loved to have a fridge in the room, or a microwave in the common area. Breakfast is offered in a different ballroom every morning...

  موقع الفندق ممتاز المنطقه نظيفه علما بعيد من وسط المدينة أنا معي سياره لا يفرق معي البعد النادي الصحي ممتاز المسبح ممتاز عموما المرافق تتوافق مع فندق خمسه نجوم

  الموظفين غير مؤهلين في التعامل مع الزوار آلسبب الغه وعدم تدريبهم في التعامل مع الزوار المفروض فندق خمسه نجوم جمع الموظفين يجيدون الغه الانجليزيه الكافية حق الفندق طلبت منهم قهوه قال الموظف المختص في صنع القهوه غير موجود اخاف اعمل لك قهوه ماتعجبك الموظفين جدد اعتقد هذا السبب الرئيسي
