Reception service is good
Under the guise of addressing climate change, the substandard, tiny room and the highly uncomfortable environment—lacking even basic disposable amenities—meant the service did not match the price paid.

Hotel location is very good, near MRT station and near Myeongdong. Many restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Facilities such as laundry and gym were good. Staff are all friendly and helpful.
Would have liked to have cups or mugs or actual drinking glass in the room not just paper cups. Even though you can request them it would be nice to already have them.
