Dirty, very shabby, needs updating, pool closed unnecessarily early in the season. Gym is tiny and extremely dirty. Elevators are small, creaky and slow. At check out i was charged for many mini bar items which I didnt consume and had to make a complaint.
Great location.
Rooms feel very tired, not a particularly warm greeting on check in. The staff in west light are VERY rude. Wouldn’t even go there!
From the pool to the view from your room. Even good room service breakfast. One of my favs in Brooklyn.
